Purity Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Peptide Technologies ("we," "us," "Peptide Tech") guarantees that every product shipped from our facility meets or exceeds 99% HPLC purity and passes endotoxin, sterility, and heavy metals testing as stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided with each order. If independent third-party testing proves otherwise under the conditions outlined below, we will issue a full refund of the order, an additional $1,000 compensation, and reimburse the lab testing fee.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Valid Order Required

The product must have been purchased directly from PeptideTech.co. You must provide a valid order number, and the order must be in "Completed" or "Processing" status.

2.2 Time Limit

Claims must be initiated within 60 days of the order delivery date. Shipping labels for testing can only be generated within this window.

2.3 Accredited Laboratory

Testing must be performed by a US-based, ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. We recommend and provide free shipping to Freedom Diagnostics (133 Holiday Ct Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067). If you choose a different lab, it must hold current ISO 17025 accreditation and you must provide proof of accreditation with your claim.

2.4 One Claim Per Order

Only one purity guarantee claim may be submitted per order, and only one shipping label may be generated per order.

2.5 Account Required

You must have a registered account on PeptideTech.co associated with the order. Guest checkout orders must first be linked to an account.

3. Mandatory Video Documentation

Complete, unedited video proof is required for all claims. This is non-negotiable and exists to protect both parties from fraud. You must provide continuous, uncut video documentation of the entire process. The video must include:

3.1 Unboxing & Identification

Show the sealed Peptide Tech package with visible shipping label. Open the package on camera. Clearly show the product label, lot number, and any included COA. The vial seal must be intact and unbroken.

3.2 Packaging for Lab Shipment

Film yourself packaging the sealed vial for shipment to the testing laboratory. Show the shipping label (generated via our system or to your chosen ISO 17025 lab). The vial must remain sealed and unmodified.

3.3 Drop-off / Handoff

Record yourself dropping off the package at a USPS location or handing it to a carrier. The shipping label must be clearly visible.

3.4 Lab Results

Provide the full, unredacted lab report (Certificate of Analysis) from the ISO 17025 accredited laboratory showing the test results, lab name, accreditation number, date of testing, and sample identification.

Video Requirements

• The video must be continuous and unedited (no cuts, splices, or pauses).
• Timestamped video or metadata must show the date.
• The video file must be provided in its original format with original metadata intact.
• Screen recordings of a phone camera are not accepted — provide the original camera file.
• We reserve the right to reject claims where the video appears altered, compressed in a way that strips metadata, or does not clearly show all required steps.

4. Testing Cost Reimbursement

Regardless of the test outcome (pass or fail), Peptide Technologies will reimburse 75% of the lab testing fee when you provide:

1. A valid receipt or invoice from the testing laboratory showing the testing fee paid.
2. The complete Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the test.
3. The video documentation described in Section 3.

Reimbursement is limited to one test per order and capped at $300 per reimbursement. The 75% reimbursement applies to the base testing fee only (excludes rush fees, expedited shipping, or additional add-on tests not related to purity, endotoxins, sterility, or heavy metals).

5. Shipping Label Program

5.1 Label Generation

Peptide Technologies provides a free prepaid USPS Ground Advantage shipping label to Freedom Diagnostics via our website. Labels are generated using ShipStation and shipped at our cost.

5.2 Anti-Abuse Limits

• One shipping label per order.
• A minimum 7-day cooldown between label requests per account.
• Maximum of 3 labels per account per 90-day period.
• Orders must be within 60 days of delivery.
• Labels are non-transferable and must be used for the stated purpose only.

5.3 Misuse

Using the shipping label for any purpose other than sending a Peptide Tech product to a testing laboratory constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, deny future claims, and pursue legal remedies for misuse of the shipping label program.

6. Claim Process

1. Generate Shipping Label — Log into your PeptideTech.co account and generate a free shipping label from the Purity Guarantee page.
2. Record & Ship — Record the full video documentation (Section 3), package your sealed vial, and ship it to the testing lab.
3. Receive Lab Results — Wait for the laboratory to complete testing and issue the Certificate of Analysis.
4. Submit Your Claim — Email claims@peptidetech.co with: your order number, the video file (or secure download link), the lab COA, and the lab invoice/receipt.
5. Review & Resolution — We will review your submission within 10 business days. If the claim is valid, we will issue the refund, $1,000 compensation, and testing fee reimbursement within 5 business days of approval.

7. Exclusions & Limitations

• 7.1 Products that have been opened, partially used, contaminated by the customer, or stored improperly (outside of manufacturer-recommended conditions) are not eligible.
• 7.2 Products must be sent to the lab in their original sealed Peptide Tech vial. Transferred, diluted, or reconstituted products are not eligible.
• 7.3 Claims without complete video documentation as specified in Section 3 will be automatically denied.
• 7.4 Claims using a non-ISO 17025 accredited laboratory will be denied.
• 7.5 Peptide Technologies reserves the right to request the lab perform a re-test at our expense, or to send a replacement vial from the same batch to an independent lab for verification testing.
• 7.6 This guarantee covers individual retail orders only. Wholesale, bulk, or B2B orders have separate quality agreements.
• 7.7 Peptide Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to claims already in progress.

8. Fraud Prevention

We take guarantee abuse seriously. Fraudulent claims — including tampered video, falsified lab reports, or misuse of shipping labels — may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Denial of all current and future claims
• Recovery of any fraudulently obtained refunds or compensation
• Referral to law enforcement where applicable
