Peptech does not sell personal information for monetary value. We share limited information with payment, shipping, and analytics processors solely to provide the service.

We'll email you a JSON file with everything we have associated with your email within 30 days.
We'll remove your customer record and anonymize any orders associated with your email. Orders within active fulfillment / return windows are retained until those windows close (legal requirement). Anonymized order totals may be retained for accounting purposes.
Authorized agents may submit a request on a consumer's behalf via our contact form with proof of authorization. We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request. We do not discriminate against consumers who exercise these rights.
